Since April 2016 Prof. Karg leads the Chair of Colloids and Nanooptics. Our research includes the synthesis, characterization, self-assembly and application functional colloids and polymers. Especially we are interested in soft, responsive polymers and optically functional nanoparticles and their hybrid materials.
